I don't get what Avril is trying to prove here. If you don't want to be called out for the way you do meet and greets then do them well. Taylor clearly goes out of her way to interact with her fans. It's clear that some artists love their fans more than other artists love their fans. She shouldn't coward behind a "um we ALL love our fans" statement.
