These aren't really publicity stunts, but this week a few celebrities tweeted their praise for Katy's single "Girls Night Out". Oprah praised the song, Ashanti heard the song playing in someone's car during her McDonalds shift so she gave them free fries because she liked the song so much, and Barbara Walters popped ha ***** on the dancefloor to the song.
