I was gonna drag everyone who rated this low but then I realised this is the first song with an average bigger than 7 which is actually not even bad. This is a perfect pop song, and I am sure if this had been sung by someone else it would have been much more popular.

Anyway, A Public Affair is a pretty great song. I like it way better than the majority of the Lily Allen songs.
