Latin America considers North and South America to be just one continent known as "America." Well the rest of the world considers them to be two separate ones.
Also some places consider Australia to be it's own continent, well others consider it part of "Oceania".
Of course, it's America. The continent Cristobal Colon discovered.
As an American Indian, I'm disgusted and insulted by this comment. He didn't discover anything when there were already millions of people living throughout the Americas from the Bering Strait down to the tip of South America, with civilizations that were more advanced than their European counterparts.

nobody merges Europe and Asia. That Eurasia story is BS
It's not a "story", if you look at satellite images of the world Europe and Asia look like one continent. But yes most people (including me) separate them for cultural/historic/political reasons.
