Its all about thier album sales and how there doing on the charts and radio.
They jumped from 77-48 on the Hot 100 and radio is picking up the song so who gives a **** if they debut on TRL.

I still can't understand why PBS hasn't debuted other than they rig it, I know their fans are voting

It is awesome that it jumped to 48 on the Hot 100 which makes it more successful than Chemicals React
