They're really nice, all utilities and tons of other amenities included, and range $480-$500 per month per person for four people, $600-$620 for two people, and $700-$720 for individual apartments. Super affordable and a great place to live - if I'm not an RA for Junior and Senior years, I'll live at those apartments for over 2 years.

omg some of those were really nice!
But they don't have any in my school.
My first year I lived in an off campus dormitory. It was so nice & fun, and it was like where all the freshmen partied. Then, I moved off campus to an apartment complex right next to my school. I pay $900 a month with parking, and my three roomies all pay the same too. Wtf. It always smells like weed in here too, and people TRASH the building. It's so obnoxious, but it's nice. I'm moving out at the end of this month tho and moving to my first house
. It's so cute, and it's only $3000 a month, which I'm splitting with three others. It's right off of the main street downtown (borders campus), so it'll only be like a five minute walk to campus. I'll be neighbors with this Greek restaurant, so I'm super excited to become a Mediterranean foodie. lol
