By mess i mean people that just joined and idek are ranked higher than legends
The thing is: the 2014 members are hestitating to vote because they are saying "we dont know enough members/we havent been here long enough"
and the older members are hestitating to vote because they're saying "only the new members will vote so whats the point"
which is why not a lot of votes have came in.
