I really liked that episode, one of the best ones in a long time. The whole thing with the Initiative is just a big mess though, they are far too powerful but remain so annoyingly enigmatic. I feel like the showrunners pulled them out of their ass when the show became a hit so they could extend the story.
I hope it's Jack but 
I think the show might finally return to its roots.
