It is pretty much proven. Just try and explain the history of the earth without it, I dare you.

Science cannot prove everything. And while I do agree with this theory, some things have not been explained by this theory. And until it's concrete, it will always remain a theory and not a law

Why Not?
You can't argue with a Supernatural Force.

I know it isn't concrete, my point is we obviously weren't just plopped down here by some god, God may have been the catalyst to evolution but anyone who denies evolutionary theory altogether...they tend to sound brainwashed.

Well who is to say that god didn't make similar creatures on earth that happen to be very similar in characteristics

With the way some people act, it wouldn't suprise me if we evolved from reactive monkeys/apes.

Well according to Christian beliefs the world
- Is only several thousand years old
- Humans came from 2 people (hello incest)
- there was a giant flood that destroyed the earth for some amount of time
Now scientific evidence contradicts all of that...so....you can't really pick and choose which bits you want to believe.
Plus there are 'links' amongst different species, like our link with apes. Your theory also doesn't explain why some animals, and even humans, change physically and even genetically.

I am not brainwashed
Just saying you could easily argue against your point by saying God created everything... and initiated everything. I believe that slight evolution has occurred but I do not believe we crossed over from apes. We started out as homo guantengenis (or something like that) and evolved into our present form of Homo Sapiens which are Anatomically modern humans.

Thank you for a moment here I lost faith

Exactly, it's a proven fact like 2+2=4.
And about the religion clash, i don't think there need to be one, most of the things written in the bible are metaphors anyway, so I don't see how one theory exclude/invalide the other.

We are all actually descended from a couple of different..I don't know the word for them collectively, let's just say ancestors. It is no longer believed that 'human' life only originated in Africa, Europeans are supposedly mixed with another species and seeing as how 95% of Americans are descended from European colonisers, yall aren't pure either.
Your god created everything theory doesn't cover that.
In my opinion anyone who refutes evidence by saying 'you have to have faith' should be put in a gaint sack and poked with a sharp stick until they see sense. I am not altogether against God, I believe there must be some greater power, but the bible is a glorified bedtime story IMO. Jesus was a great man but I don't think he was the son of god.

I think you are a little confused....
Agnosticism: a religious orientation of doubt; a denial of ultimate knowledge of the existence of God; "agnosticism holds that you can neither prove nor disprove God's existence"
So in actual fact, that supports nothing you or I have said.
I am agnostic, don't use words if you don't know what they mean. I've never said I don't believe in God.

Thank you! Sadly most Christians do not see it like that,

I will not be put into a giant sack
ok....... there is no response to this at all. There is no possible further point to make.
And about the first paragraph..... WHAT???
Please clarify your point. I need to be poked with a stick harder apparently...

Sorry I was thinking of Deism, which is the belief of a god, but not any specific form of organized religion
So all of what the Bible and Christianity says is irrelevant because it is unorganized religion, and they do believe in a god. So as I will state again, who is to say that god did not make similar looking creatures

The point is, we actually couldn't have come from 'Adam & Eve' if we are descended from 2 different...sub-species of human.

Well, that's what you believe, but that doesn't have to be the truth

No offence, but do you know what the word evidence means?
People will always disagree but I'll take solid, visible science over an unseen, unreliable entity any day.
