Boyonce, is there a list of all the 20+ member's age? I'm curious how old/young I am compared to everyone else
I've been thinking of going through the entire thread and listing everyone + their age...but to be honest, I've been too lazy. Maybe today will be the day. Motivate me!

I think I make it to the gym once or twice a week, if even that. The most I try to do is take the stairs as much as possible and not be afraid of walking. I think if it wasn't for all of that, with the way I eat, I'd be super unhealthy. The most I'm proud of is being able to do/lift at least 60 lbs on the ab machine, tricep/bicep machine, as well as hip ad/abduction machine, seeing two years ago, I couldn't even do 10 lbs XD
I should really work on eating less and more often though, since I won't have my metabolism for long -_-

little do people know it, but getting out and just walking around for about 10-20 minutes (especially at a brisk pace) helps out a lot. any form of exercise is better than none at all (at least you're burning calories vs none at all). so you're on the right path to doing something right.
