Honestly, if Madonna is sincerely being nice with this and not trying to shade, I'm glad. That's great.

But you guys can't blame a lot of us for seeing it as shade when the last time she mentioned Gaga, she called her song reductive, performed it on tour followed by "She's Not Me", with a backdrop that mocked her and her fans, and she knows that Gaga was hurt by it since M was one of her biggest inspirations. So yeah, this does seem fishy. But let's see how things pan out.

And some of you should really stop acting so high and mighty when you were literally trash talking Gaga yesterday. It's great to try and end the feud, but to act like you have nothing to do with it and call other people out, its a bit hypocritical imo.

There was a concert on her BTWBall shortly after some of this stuff happened where she was talking about something that definitely alluded to it. I think she got past it, but was initially hurt by it (who wouldn't be?).

Honestly, however far Madonna and Gaga move past their "feud", parts of their fanbases are too deep into it to realise that they're both over it. Anything they do in relation to each other is going to seem "shady" to those people because that's what they want to see.

This was a nice gesture from M, especially considering all that mess with TSBM.

And you can't blame us for being angry with gaga and her team for saying the most horrible things one can say about another person. Imagine Diplo, William Orbit, or another producer of Madonna calling gaga a "handicapped hag" and worse? check the receipts in the spoiler, because I know people here will just pretend it didn't happen again. Im not trying to be shady here, I'm just asking you to look at it from our perspective. for years, Madonna has gotten hate from all kinds of people. in the media, people actually sided with gaga. all I'm saying is, absolutely horrible things have been said, but it's time to move on.
