coming from someone who has his location as the "Phillippines" is a bit dense since Me. I am Mariah... The Elusive Chanteuse has not left the Phillippino Itunes top 200 since release in May 2014. (It's #130 currently). (= 132 weeks).
the non icon is the 23rd most popular itunes artist worldwide (with a 2 decades old song and album)
i mean when half the acts on the charts today are only there bc of their celebrity status, but lack any artistic value whatsoever, then it is totally understandable that the new generation of music fans wouldn't recognize musical relevance and impact even if their mothers would tell them so.
that is why mariah funds the "Save the Music Foundation" so that people like Fabbriche have the chance to music education. However, you can only do as much, i mean the kids must be open to learn or they will be passed down.
So don't seethe so much kiddo, may you find your place in society one day.
