She needs to scream LESS. Her shows were always a screamfest. She did one performance for the Emmy's and it was flawless --- and she didn't belt too high with that. That's what I'm talking.

but its hard to not to scream when you hit high notes.

its not like youre an expert of vocal thou, so i dont mind with all screams. it shows how powerful her voice is

The Emmys performance was amazing yes.

She doesn't scream (But I can say though that her vocals on the BTB tour DVD were not her best during that era)

The reason given for the cancellation was that she had 'prior commitments with promotion which the tour would clash with' and that's obviously a cover up as a) why would they only realise that the dates clashed after the tickets went on sale and b) she hasn't been doing **** for the tour to have clashed with.

But she's screaming uncontrollably! She's got a great voice but doesn't know how to refrain from straining it. A lot of her pitch were unnecessary and she always does the singing into 'oversinging'.

thats called exploring the song and make it into the new one, true singer always do this, they made a difference between the studio version and live version

Experimentation =/= pitching vocals that's derogatory of the whole performance

Well, that I don't know, but she said that she wanted to have more time to prepare the tour because she didn't want to disappoint us and etc. There's an interview at the MTV Movie Awards where she said something among those lines. And she has also been working on the Burlesque soundtrack and done some voice stuff (I don't know the technical name of it) on the movie as well.

yes, I really dislike because I've seen her perform with less effort on drawing tight of her throat. And she's capable of that but she doesn't do it, maybe due to her inclination of showing that skills off. Her Emmy performance is the best vocal show she have offered me and it will remain with that unless she follow my suggestion.
