Since when has that fully mattered? Plus, Rihanna's 2nd single is "Whats Your Name" which is probably end up being released when "Raise Your Glass" is getting ready to peak. Meaning, "Cheers" will probably be 4th, since I'm guessing a slow song will be 3rd. By that time there will have been a decent sized gap between. Plus, the topic of raising your glass, or making a toast, or whatever, isn't anything new. As long as Cheers is hot, radio won't care that this came before it.
