Her having Doubt was fine, but that break down in the end with her balling "I have doubt"
That's the whole point, her bursting out after having all these mixed feelings about her life, her religion and the whole situation with the children in the film coming all together to haunt her. Yes, the wording "i have doubt" may be a little too explicit since the film is titled "Doubt" but i think it was an excellent way to end a brilliant movie.
I don't remember the movie that well since i watched it some years ago but if i recall correctly when i watched i thought he had done it as well. (it being something i don't remember lol)

Honestly, after she slipped that line, it kinda caught me. I didn't totally see that one coming. One of the most intriguing endings for a film. And speaking of endings, have anyone here seen 'Catacombs'? Yes, the one that starred P!nk. Nao, that's a shocker!
