It's strange how Kelly Rowland's "Motivation" never really caught on much outside of Urban and Rhythmic, since Little Wayne was featured on the song (and was on fire at the time). The track sold poorly too. Motivation was one of the biggest R&B hits that year, but it stopped at #17 on the Hot 100 due to lack of crossover airplay and surprising poor sales. Maybe the double entendres were too suggestive for Top 40. I don't know how this did on Urban AC, but if there was a version without Little Wayne it probably did well.
