ARTPOP flopped in every conceivable way, so it's not like sales or lack there of before streaming was even big really matters. How dare you try and use that mess to shade an album that just came out, has already been more acclaimed, certified platinum and had a #1.
Sometimes you lose.
45S still slayed Applause even if we were going to be foolish enough to use that as an excuse.
