Yes, that's what they said from the very beginning so IDK why ATRL is trying to spin it the other way around.
My impression from her publicist's initial statement was that Taylor never knew about the "I made that bitch famous" line. Considering how much the album was in flux until the exact moment it was released, it's even plausible that she heard the song without that line.

Even before she said anything at the Grammys, the media was attacking him for it. Only an idiot wouldn't see THAT coming.
It's also plausible that they BOTH arranged this whole thing and are cackling behind the scenes. Judging by Tidal's subscriber boost, this whole thing really brought a lot of attention to The Life of Pablo.
