She is not an artist, look the word artist up in the dictionary and you will see that. If this was top 100 entertainers, performers or products of all time Britney would be up there without a doubt. But she simply can't qualify for this list because she is not an artist. Fair enough, she wrote Everytime and maybe a couple other songs and I've drawn a couple of pictures in my life but I wouldn't call myself an artist.
All of the other people mentioned on this list are/were employed to create art. Their profession was being an artist. Britney is NOT employed to create art, she is employed to record songs, make music videos, pose for photographers and dance in concerts. She is NOT an artist.
