What I said is that no area in LA has rowhomes like that, so I know that can't be Compton. EVERY city in the world has run-down areas - London, Paris, Tokyo, Berlin, etc. It's not something that's unique to America
MaRy is trying to make it seem like all of the US is a rundown wasteland, and that's obviously not true considering it's the most powerful country in the world (according to the source in the OP, at least).
