1-3 are flawless and can pretty much do no wrong in my eyes.
4-8 are all amazing, but not everything they release always clicks with me (but the majority does).
9-14 are a mixed bag, but when they get it right they put out really good stuff.
15-19 don't do much for me personally, but each artist has at least a redeeming album or handful of songs that I like.
20 & 21 are basically garbage.
The real tragedy is Cher being left out of this rate.
