I gain weight so easily, but as a teen I became super self conscious about being chubby so I lost the weight and have been quite extreme with my diet control since. But oh well, it is how it is

As I'm 20 now I'm trying to put on some muscle mass having been skinny for years. Hopefully it will be relatively easier for me to convert calories to muscle since my body does it to fat quite well lol.

It takes me a long time of eating ****** to gain a noticeable amount of weight, but I can drop it quickly.

I gained probably about 25 lbs from 2012 to 2015. Not super noticeable on me, but once I realized my face was looking rounder compared to old photos, I cut out some of the junk food starting in July. Now I'm skinnier than I was as a senior in HS.

I hear so many gays screaming about how they "just can't gain weight." Most of them are probably lying, tbh. Just like the celebrities who try to seem effortless.

Or they're still young. I was skinnier than Taylor Swift for most of my life and finally filled out a bit around junior or senior year of HS. Thankfully.

They're definitely lying. Majority of the gays I see talk about it but it's just impossible for a majority to have such an extreme metabolism.
