Why is Ariana being held to a higher standard than most other pop girls? Rihanna's Diamonds sold 133k first week in 2012 and is considered a hit, yet Focus sells 20k less in a market that has deteriorated greatly and is now considered a flop. How does that make any sense?

How does any of this make sense!
The song is NOT a flop for now but why the hell are you using that she debuted higher than any Demi or Lana single has ever peaked like it means that is a bigger hit?
And also using that she debuted higher than any Rihanna, Miley or Beyonce single, omg, like if a first week sales can determinate if a song is a smash or not (only debuts like Problem, Roar or Hello do)
Omg and then comparing it with Diamonds, sis, basically you can't say that Diamonds is a flop because of how good it did EVERYWHERE. The last thing you can't do is compare a first week sales with other knowing that the other song smashed WW when Focus is not even 2 weeks old.
You just need time to see if the song will be a hit (I'm sure it will) but using all what you said is unnecesary!
