Personally, I love them both, granted their simplicity and repetition.
I love Greatest because it's so much softer and vulnerable than a lot of her other songs and I love how her voice sounds. The melody is simply magical.
Then You Love Me is legit because it's got that 80s-type element yet it sounds so modern and so electro-pop. The lyrics are cute and I love the question GaGa asks in the beginning. :3

I think the two songs leaked were like just a repeat not full songs .. so i think it means that what's missing in the Greatest & Then you love me stays for the Eye of Providence and I'm pretty sure they referring to GaGa LOL

No one knows this, but Then You Love Me was a demo record for Jesse McCartney. Right now I am not far away from getting the full real demo by Gaga or the one sang by Jesse McCartney (i'm not sure which one it's gonna be). haha.
