I knew a woman who never smoked, never heavily consumed alcohol/drugs & exercised regularly, yet she still passed away at 40 years of age to colon cancer. She had 3 teenage kids and a husband. Besides all of this, we could die tomorrow in a car accident. So yes, by all means live your life people!!
