After coming for one of the biggest producers in the industry, no major label is going to want to work with her sadly. An indie career is her only chance at this point.
And yet Capitol Records is and has actually always been here for her since they're who has wanted to sign her from the beginning and why she was at Capitol events but you're right, no major label wants her.
Music aside, I just want her to get through all this mess so she can finally start the healing process, psychologically. I'm sure this is really taking a toll on her well-being. It's sad because if she has no way to prove it, and she doesn't win this, then she's pretty much screwed her entire career over too.
See, I don't get why everyone expects her to have "receiptszzz =D" shut up? L o l
How on Earth can she prove any of these things? Y'all are not using logic.
I mean, clearly she has not handled this ideally, but what IS the ideal way to handle this mess?
I just hope they take her out of the contract. It's unnecessary and clearly they have a terrible relationship.
If he weren't guilty, why would he be clinging on to her through all of this?

Yeah, and she almost signed with Warner Bros. too.
But no one wants her!!!!!!
Everyone, including Kesha probably, is okay with her mainstream success being in the past.
Until this Court rules on the declaratory judgment claim, Kesha is at an impasse," states a memorandum supporting an injunction that would bar Dr. Luke from interfering with her signing with another label. "She cannot work with music producers, publishers, or record labels to release new music. With no new music to perform, Kesha cannot tour. Off the radio and stage and out of the spotlight, Kesha cannot sell merchandise, receive sponsorships, or get media attention. Her brand value has fallen, and unless the Court issues this injunction, Kesha will suffer irreparable harm, plummeting her career past the point of no return."
it is obvious he didnt produce MCBL
i mean he would literally not have approved the 'machine gun love studio session' part where she literally says that the song won't be on the album because luke said that its a sound she isnt known for and it is not pop enough.
will.i.am and Dr. Luke are the shadiest people. We need to find the deepest darkest hole to put them it. I don't like how they do business together as favors like what they did to Britney's and Kesha's albums. They need to be stopped.
Very believable, this is commonplace in the industry.
Whether or not you want to believe what she says, it's beyond clear that there are huge issues in their relationship, which causes her great distress. The only logical outcome is for her contract to be nullified or changed in some significant way.

Luke's career will not be over until he stops churning out hits. He could be out clubbing baby seals and nobody in the entertainment industry would care because he's a hit-making machine.
Regardless, I really don't doubt that Luke would do this, but it's not like she can prove most of it.
eh, not really. Timber was his last real hit and that was in 2013. He is far beyond his peak. Max Martin has rightfully taken over.
Gosh I can't wait for her to be out of his grasp. Obviously Kesha and her legal team must have proof/witnesses, you can't just run to a court with accusations like that.
For me, what makes it so obviously true is how Dr Luke is refusing to budge in terms of terminating her contract. He's obviously got stuff to hide.

I'm hoping they get rid of all her contacts with him and not just the recording one, which I still don't quite understand
