Some of the ones you have are correct but others are incorrect or just speculation.
And in general with this album she's talked many times about how she was trying to show she didn't need a romantic partner to write material and it's reasonable to see that many of these songs were written about love in general. I'd place Wildest Dreams, I Know Places and New Romantics in that category.
I don't know who Wonderland or Clean are about but they are most likely about a person but I'm not sure if it'd be the person you listed or not.
I Wish You Would is practically confirmed is about Harry with the line where he drives up to her house in the middle of the night given that they live near each other.
In the following link, Taylor talks about All You Had to Do Was Stay and says it was about a dream. I don't know if it's about a then-current or past relationship or if it's even about one at all. And How You Get the Girl isn't about anyone in specific. She said her male friends would ask her how to get their girlfriends back and she wrote this like a "manual".
