That's because the lyric is:

First my remedy, now my poison,
Walking out into my freedom.

Basically it means something that used to help her out now hurts her/she's finally able to escape.

I think the track Higher(?) should have been her next UK single, or Thunder, or Power(?)... those sound like hits, classic Leona hits.

I Am doesn't sound strong enough to be a single.
