They don't use a constant ratio every week, I think they get the figures them multiply each one by a factor, which means that the ratios can vary each week. After Christmas when sales shoot up the impact of streaming and airplay on the Hot 100 decrease temporarily, for example.
I think they aim it so each component generally lies around 30-40%, and the past few years they've adjusted it every year around November time (due to sales decreasing and streaming increasing), so might do again this year. But I do think it's best that if they make any changes they wait until Billboard year-end, rather than doing it in the middle of the year.
Last week, by Ger-55's calculations, airplay was about 31% of the points for the top 20 songs:
