Well, Céline doesn't have much impact on 2010's kids and teens, yes. But that doesn't mean that she doesn't have impact at all.

For example, Katharine Hepburn is an acting legend. When you talk about her you talk about her talent and skill.
Marilyn Monroe is an acting icon. When you talk about her you talk about her image.
Thus, Britney is an icon.
Celine is a Legend.
Beyoncé is a legend-in-the-making, if not already a legend.
