It sounds like she just recorded demo vocals and the producer just plopped them on top of the beat. There's like no polish whatsoever. It's a cute lil bop but I think I'll stick to the first version.
According to a member of OGG, Gaga never got to record a final version and this was the last version created before it was scrapped. She sent the song to Fernando to remaster/remix for artRave apparently?
That doesn't make sense though since a snippet of the instrumental from artRave was posted on Fernando's instagram in like 2013.

Fernando's version is vastly different though. It's a lot more techno/rave than this version for sure. I'd say it is possible that he made lots of changes to the production and it just never saw the light of day until the tour.
