Streaming is the best way to measure what people are listening to. You may buy a song and listen to it twice in a week. Meanwhile thirty two and a half people may listen to a song twice in a week. Those thirty two people are being equaled to only one for the same impact of a song...
It makes sense to value streaming WAY more.

Divide On Demand Streaming by 50 and Video Streaming by 200. I think sales (including downloads, ringtones, ringbacks, physical singles, and video singles together) should count the most 40%, followed by on demand streaming 30%, followed by airplay 20% , and finally video streaming as the least important metric 10%.
