It's not Gaga's fault there was demand for her to promote her song. If people liked '45S' and wanted to hear it, Rihanna would have been approached to perform/promote it more.

How can you ask such a question when Applause is without any doubt one of Gagas most commercial sounding tracks (if not the most) while FFS is something Rihanna NEVER did before.
