Its only 10 Damn dollars and she has nerve as an artist. I guess tell that to the people of the 70s 80s and 90s who God forbid had to buy each and every album to,hear what they loved! 10 dollars for an unlimited COMMERCIAL FRE streaming service is,not bad. Sure Spotify and Pandora are free,,so you think, guess who pays for it. Ads. Nothing in this world is free so everyone needs to stop their hitching and whining. If you don't like omg guess what DONT SUBSCRIBE! Stay with your free Spotify and Pandora etc with all their gazzilions of ads that ruin the experience.
Based on how eloquently Taylor Swift put it, legally streaming music for free is basically the same as going to an art museum and tearing a corner off of a painting and walking off with it.
I personally think that's bs because radios have been around for decades and ain't nobody like "Radio is killing the music industry you can listen to music for free on it!"
There is a difference between radio and on demand streaming though.
Thank you, finally a celeb that isnt delusional about this whole thing. Its not a 'wave', its just spotify with a jacked up price and a couple exclusives that will eventually leak out onto the internet anyways. The more you raise prices the more likely people are to turn to other cheaper (usually illegal) methods

I'm so tired of people complaining about Tidal's $10 a month for ad free on demand streaming
THAT IS LITERALLY THE SAME PRICE AS EVERYWHERE ELSE
Are you guys really criticizing a millionaire who is saying we should have free streaming? She's an artist who doesn't want her fans to pay extra for something they can get for free
I'm always streaming and I still buy the albums.. In fact, I love buying albums, so I don't get why artists are complaining and asking for more money when they already have a lot

free on spotify and youtube with barely any ads, people are much more willing to make that tradeoff instead of adding yet another monthly bill to the collection.
