Sure, on a country scale those 10 white kids belong to majority. But in their own enviroment whrere they're living they are minority and they're daily bullied in the school BECAUSE OF THEIR SKIN COLOR.

Even in those schools, towns, countries, etc....everything is still generally controlled, based on, and ruled by white people, white standards, etc. There is no comparison whatsoever. Sorry.
So yes, while that one white student may feel out of place in that ONE school. They are still at a complete advantage over any of the other students in every social, political and economical way. Not to mention the fact that the people who own those schools, towns, etc are white people.
