You better watch it to the very end if you want to give constructive criticism in form of the rate. Some episodes may suck but there are still very important moments left such as Pepper's episode (where we get to know how she ended up in Briarcliff) or how Dandy murders almost every freak and gets the punishment he deserves at the very end.

I don't know why some people declare Freak Show as one of the weaker seasons. I actually enjoyed it despite a few plot fillers (talking about Chester Creb's story or Ethel's random appearances after her death).
