Paul could play the same chords for the whole song and Kanye could autotune ahhhhh over the whole song and Rihanna could fart the vocals and critics would still like it simply because it has Kanye and Paul together on it.
That said the song is ok but surely every artist featured on the song can do better.
Only because Paul and Kanye are on the song, they never get bad reviews. Only One is also bland and underwhelming but since it's Kanye it's amazing
Really? Kanye puts really good music out normally. And also now with Rihanna. It's not that you cannot stand him that you think everyone can't stand him and hates him...
"The Loveeeeeee Song" singer has often thrived outside of her usual dance-pop pigeonhole, particularly on reggae-tinged tracks like "Man Down" and understated ballads like "Stay," but the stripped-down format of "FourFiveSeconds" only serves to highlight her vocal shortcomings. "I think I've had enough/Might get a little drunk," she sings, with a raw, off-kilter, Tuesday Night Music Club quality. But rather than charmingly rootsy, her voice is scratchy and strained; belting has never been Rihanna's forte, and it's as painful as it's ever been here.

lool at how the media is scrambling to find something positive to say to boost the egos of the names associated with this ****** song. If you paid attention to the reviews, they're really saying nothing at all. "Bare bones" "minimalist", no **** Sherlock. Try lazy and dumbed-down next time when you decide to be more honest.
