No. To me someone's gender is more of a state of mind while genitals only determine their sex. Most of the time a person's gender and sex add up but sometimes they do not and that's where you get transgender people from. For instance someone's sex is male but their gender (state of mind) is female so they are a "woman trapped inside a man's body" and the same with ftm transgenders.
Madonna is simply the Queen of the universe. Noone else has the power she has, and Janet can only hope to get a little piece of power that Madonna has as an artist.
