MDNA had 0 hits and still sold just as much as artpop even when gaga had 1 minor hit, 1 respectable hit and one flop. Rebel Heart has more potential hits than MDNA imo.

Madonnas album is only a presale and went #1 in 41 countries on Itunes and is currently the #1 selling album in the world. Its not doing good on itunes? Wtf she's slaying iTunes.

It actually is, for having no warning, no promotion, no full single, no televised appearances, one interview, no videos, and no anything in general! Or, at least, I think 2 days at #1, over 40,000 preorders, 5 top tens on the US iTunes song chart and 6 almost everywhere else, the #1 song globally for 2 days, and the #1 song in Europe for three days (so far) is pretty good with that level of promotion (or rather, that lack of promotion).

at the time when MDNA was selling (2M ? because in 2012 it was not 3M for damn sure) Lady Gaga had just sold 7M albums WW, so let's not.
We'll see how will Madonna do NOW. Stop pulling receipts from 2-3 years ago. MDNA selling as much as ARTPOP with Superbowl and Bundles and stuff is embarrassing.

Embarrassing? For a 12th album without hits? I dont think so.
a fair comparison would be Madonna having FIVE top 3 hits with her third album, while gags had ZERO.
Madonnas album selling power is as big as gaga as of now and as their latest albums sales.

I think Madonna will open with big numbers in the USA for today's standards over 400,000. Dont book mark me but I think she's gonna pull big numbers. She is winning people back. And her pre order has been random but she's #1 album in the world with people having to wait till March. If she does another concert ticket album combined thing she will easily crush Gaga.

Well if she does that's a bad reflection on Gaga given this is Madonna's 13th album and ARTPOP is Gaga's third.

The funniest thing is that without Gaga MDNA would've never sold as much as it did, considering Madonna used Gaga's name throughout her whole album campaign, so yeah, try harder.
Did Madonna help ARTPOP's album sales (which by the way was led by NO manager and countless other problems including Gaga being addicted to weed and many other things) ? No.
Did Gaga help MDNA sales ? Definitely. So yeah.

but that is the immediate reaction Madonna albums will always get cause she is the world's most famous popstar. It's a long road for her to succeed with this album.
But she will get her money regardless, since she will be cashing in if she tours.

She's the "Queen of Pop" because of a 32 year career that has been leagues more impressive than anything that any other woman in pop has done, ever. This is regardless of whether her 13th studio album, which will literally be released 32 and a half years after her debut, outsells one of the top 5 female albums of the last year. Don't try to shade by giving false context - her title and position in the industry has nothing to do with outselling ARTPOP.
