Missy is not LYRICALLY better than nicki imo.
Is she a better overall artist absolutely but her lyrics are her weak spot. She sings well, produces well, is innovative and in a league of her own as far as vidual creations and never duplicates.

No major publication has cited Nicki Minaj in this way. The only person who thinks Nicki Minaj is the greatest female rapper is Nicki Minaj, unfortunately. However, I do remember Billboard cover mag calling Nicki Minaj the "Lady Gaga of Hip Hop," though. So, at least she has that accolade.
