You were pointing out the difference between Cheryl and Nicole sales, and you clearly insinuated Cheryl should be embarrassed because she is a household name, as if Nicole isn't.

I know there were more factors to play with Nicole before you jump on me, but being a household name isn't something you can only beat one of them with.

Oh and I never once saw anyone say this was going to be her biggest album ever, please provide some evidence to support that, and not one solitary tweet or post, you said the majority, so you should be able to give me alot of examples.

She is releasing against some pretty big comptition, no surprise here.
And sales are going down for everyone, not just Cheryl.
And we should wait & actually check the numbers before judging. I mean if she sold as much as her last album, then she did well. I mean she cant compare to Pink Floyd or Taylor Swift or Ed Sheeran or Sam Smith or 1D... whoever's releasing. Who expected her to be on top of them with her Album?
She should've released it earlier with IDC.

Crazy, Stupid Love was released 4 months ago it didn't have longevity only 3 weeks in the top 10. It underpeformed, considering she is not known as an album seller who would dare to say the album was expected to sell 3 times more just cuz the single reached #1?

The 2nd single reached #1, but it obviously didn't make people buy the album.

Was she expected to sell more? YES.

Was she expected to sell 60k? NO

NO ONE was predicting that. Not even half of it.
I'm following every Cheryl thread and I have never seen anyone (yet majority ) predicting... well, anything, and for sure not 50k+.

Personally, I was counting for 35k.

I'm not claming those are good sales. They are not.
But at least still #7 >>> #17 ^ ^

Album flopped, but at least singles are doing well.

4/5 of UK's female pop stars are flopping with 2nd era (those who don't - with 3rd... or with 1st ).
It's Cheryl's 4th era (12 years into career) and she's still doing relatively good.

The entire only human era feels uneventful unlike her first 2 albums and her third one didn't feel big but ppl were cheering her on and I was glad she got a hit without x factor it felt like ultimate smack on Simons face when call my name went #1 but this album should have been big. Atleast to like top 5 and sold a minimum of 50k seeing as she was heavily promoted with the whole x factor comeback, her swift marriage etc..I'm rooting for her singles though! I pray only human gets to be the 4th single! It's so beautiful!

Maybe Cheryl will have longevity? Only Human (single) is an amazing track and it will be a hit.
