Modern Rock and Active Rock both are embracing it. On Hot 100/Hot AC, that's another story.

Act One
21st Century Breakdown (9/10, one of the album's best)
Know Your Enemy (6/10, probably my least favorite song on the album, actually)
¡Viva La Gloria! (7.5/10, pretty good, but it hasn't grown on me like I thought it would)
Before the Lobotomy (8.5/10, and I have a feeling I'm going to like this song more and more over time)
Christian's Inferno (10/10, and I do not throw that rating around often)
Last Night on Earth (8/10, reminds me of classic Beatles)
Act Two
East Jesus Nowhere (6.5/10, sure to be a barnburner at concerts, though)
Peacemaker (7/10, didn't really care for it, but it has a single quality to it)
Last of the American Girls (7/10, see "Peacemaker")
Murder City (9.5/10, was the song that caught my attention the most on first listen)
¿Viva La Gloria? (Little Girl) (8/10, the chorus brings this up from a 7)
Restless Heart Syndrome (9/10, great, gloriously downtrodden song)
Act Three
Horseshoes and Handgrenades (8/10, pretty fun song, though not perfect)
The Static Age (7/10, probably the only song of the third act I didn't fall for)
21 Guns (9.5/10, and this is the exact kind of song that sets this Green Day apart from its 90s predecessor)
American Eulogy (8/10, very fun song with a musical style that is distinctive)
See the Light (8.5/10, one of the best choruses of the album, too)
Looks like the last act was the most solid, but all three had songs that I loved and wasn't too crazy for, though, really, when the worst song on the album is a *6*, then it's a pretty damn good album.
My own little top five thing:
5) 21st Century Breakdown
4) Restless Heart Syndrome
3) Murder City
2) 21 Guns
1) Christian's Inferno

According to Hits Daily Double
GREEN WEEKEND: Green Day’s epic 21st Century Breakdown hit the streets today, and based on very preliminary figures from our crack (ed) retail department, the Reprise album looks on target to sell between 250-350k, with a number of caveats. That total covers, for terrestrial retailers, only sales from Friday and Saturday. Wal-Mart, whose sales week runs from Monday-Sunday, is not carrying the album because the band declined to provide a clean version. Digital retailers such as iTunes and AmazonMP3 will include three-day figures through Sunday, while Hot Topic retailers carrying the album are another wild card in coming up with an accurate guestimate. Stay tuned because we’ll know more as the weekend progresses. One thing we can guarantee: Billie Joe and the gang will bow at #1 on this week’s HITS Album Sales chart when the dust clears. Oh yeah, it’s a pretty damn good record, too. (5/15p)

I was expecting at least 400k, but for three days of sales is a good number.
