Yes, BEYONCE's sales were frontloaded. But it still had longevity -it was selling more than other pop girls' week x numbers. It was only because her first week numbers were HUGE which gave the illusion of a 'flash in the pan era'.

I never said or acted like they didn't count, but lets not act like she really did anything for them. Pour It Up peaked off AirPlay and sales alone, the video came out like 3 months after the song peaked and she never promoted it with any performances. And "What Now" got one performance on Chatty Man w/ Alan Carr and its video, so let's not act like she pushed the album heavy. Pretty Hurts got almost the same promo What Now did but on a larger scale.

But of course it will. Unapologetic, TTT and Loud all sold more each one, and her 1st single is gonna sell more than the 4 an BEYONCÉ era singles combined. Tbh BEYONCÉ sales are not that difficult to surpass by a major superstar.

The era has yet to produce an actual hit. Drunk In Love's position was definitely rigged, there was n way it could have gone to #2 that week with it's low radio and streaming points.

Also, the album has been incredibly local. So yes, it was a flash in the pan era even if the album did sell a lot.

I now know to not take anything you say seriously after you have the nerve to say it's position was "rigged". Beyoncé is always some kind of exception. Her single went #2 and is almost 2x platinum. If you don't want to view that as a hit, continue thinking with ignorance.
