This is a ridiculous argument. People don't take male issues seriously because they're supposed to be big and strong and they're not supposed to show emotion or concern due to the fact they're men, they're the protectors and any sign of weakness is detrimental. Fun fact: men are more likely to get raped in jail than women are outside of jail, this is where the term "rape culture" comes from.
Male objectification is almost always overlooked and seen as non-existent even when it's right in your face whereas people are quick to call out when women are objectified.
Anyways, objectification shouldn't even be an issue, we're human we're programmed to have a certain preference or be attracted to certain people.
