I don't even like Tay, but I have hardly seen her fans cocky or bragging like the monsters did, even in the Rihanna vs Tay lead single they kept it cool.
Still I think she is be able to sell 1M first week this era.

No way in hell. You guys don't understand that she doesn't depend on country fans or pop fans. She just depends on Taylor fans, who still bought Red even though the lead single was her most pop yet, and who will still buy LP5 even if her lead single is a polka jam. I could even see her doing 1m yet again. The 1m people who bought Red first week are largely the same 1m people who bought Speak Now first week. I don't see why those same people wouldn't buy LP5 immediately.

Definately not ARTPOP status that was a HUGE mess...
But a small decline is expected especially considering sales and the music market these days... people will as usual start comparing with her old albums (quality and sales wise) and that's how they'll say she's doing worse.
(The same that happened with Gaga but different story if she didn't sell 1m copies due to the 99cents disaster then there would've been no 80% drop and people wouldn't have complained)

I highly doubt she'll open with 1 million. If she does do it I think we will all be very impressed. But I don't see this being an Artpop situation because she's working with Max Martin who has produced previous hits for her.

Hardly any stans think she'll do 1m first week. We all predicted around 300-500K+. If she somehow manages 1m again that would be incredibly impressive given the sales climate. Her fans are loyal so she wont flop but it might do less than her previous albums.

We are not expecting her to sell 1m+ again, and we are definitely not bragging about it.
If she manages to do that, we will be very happy, but also very surprised
