Pretty Hurts is probably one of the songs she recorded alongside tracks as God Made You Beautiful and Rise Up, while the rest of the album ,especially the Boots tracks were recorded a little later.

Not really, Rihanna's voice definitely isn't suited for the song. She would come off as whiny.
