It may have been fine for Beyonce to not promote Drunk in Love at the beginning of the era and have it still become a hit, but at this point it needs promotion if she wants it to get into the top of the charts. The album has already sold so many copies and the video has been out for about 7 months, so the there's not even a video release to help push it.
