Every major gay event has free HIV testing. They're putting out serious anti-viral drugs (like PrEP with Mr. Friendly to help promote it). HIV testing and knowledge is easily the best it's ever been (granted, that's not saying much).

Sis, that is actually very rare. You generally have to have open sores or wounds in your mouth to contract HIV from a blowjob. Almost all HIV cases stem from anal sex, either from improper condom usage or no condom usage.
