I was iffy on including mods, but I felt that if I said "no mods" I'd be accused of being pressed and wanting to protect myself from ranking under others.
It's up to you and, if the Staff as a whole agrees, the rest of them.
Mods are more relevant than normal members yes.. but some of them are actually more relevant for developing web sites, being helpful and kind on HQ/rest of ATRL or just being a complete mess and rude to everyone else. Choose your battles.
