From what I gathered just by reading the quote in the OP, that is not what Wendy is getting at. Rihanna isn't girlfriend material, because she's loose and trashy is what Wendy means.
And nothing to do with Rihanna here, but you should be ashamed of yourself if you go around having one-night stands and random hookups. It carries a great risk.
